Coaching Website for a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Stefan Dumić

Project Overview
This project was one of the more specific coaching websites I’ve worked on, created for Stefan Dumić, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
There are fewer than 5,500 Gallup Certified Strengths Coaches worldwide, which makes this type of coaching quite unique and still relatively new.
Because of that, the main goal was to build a professional and credible website that communicates trust and expertise right from the first scroll.

Goals & Research
Once we started collaborating, I began by researching Gallup’s Clifton Strengths methodology , what it represents, how it’s applied in organizations, and what problems it helps solve.
We identified the target audience like HR professionals, team leaders, and managers who want to introduce a strengths-based approach to leadership and employee development.
I also analyzed other Gallup-certified coaches’ websites to see what kind of structure and communication style works best for this audience.

Design Process & Decisions
The entire website was designed and developed in Webflow.
That allowed me to control both the visual design and the responsiveness without relying on any external code.
I used Webflow’s native interactions for smooth animations, and built custom layouts using Flexbox and Grid to ensure the structure remains clean and balanced on all devices.
Layout Logic
The structure follows a clear storytelling order:
Hero Section that capture attention and build trust instantly
Benefits that explain why strengths coaching matters
Trainings which present concrete services and value
About Me where connect emotionally and show credibility
Testimonials & FAQ where build proof and remove objections
CTA & Footer with action and contact details
Each section was built with one clear goal and it is to either build trust, answer a question, or guide the user closer to booking a consultation.
Results
After launching, Stefan noticed a visible increase in consultation bookings and overall engagement.
Although we’re still tracking exact numbers, early feedback has been very positive visitors find the site professional, easy to navigate, and inspiring to take action.
Key takeaways from the project: Combining trust-building visuals with clear structure makes a big difference in conversions.
Smooth animations and minimal design help users focus on the content.
Strong colors and consistent typography reinforce credibility.
Including a FAQ section can significantly reduce hesitation and help leads convert faster.
