Who I am

JogyFlow is the web design business of Ivan Jorgovanović, based in Serbia. I am the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach me at ivan@jogyflow.com, through the contact form on this site, or by replying to any email I have sent you.

What I collect, and why

• Contact form. Your name, email, phone, current website, launch timing and message. I use them only to reply to you and, if you hire me, to do the work. The legal basis is your request and, later, our contract.
• Emails and calls. What you write to me and notes from our calls, for the same purpose.
• Practices I contact. I sometimes email medical practices in Florida about their websites. For that I use business contact details the practice has published itself, such as the name, address, phone, website and email on its Google listing or its own website, plus a short note on what I noticed about the site. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business. I do not buy email lists.

Please do not send me patient or health information. This site and my email are not meant for it, and I do not need it to build a website.

Who else handles the data

I use a few services to run the business, and they process data on my behalf:

• Netlify — hosting of this site and the contact form
• my email provider, and an email-sending tool for outreach messages
• Calendly — if you book a call

Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other third party.

Some of these providers are in the United States. I do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising pixels. Calendly sets its own cookies when you open the booking page.

How long I keep it

• Enquiries and client correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where tax law requires it for invoices.
• Outreach contacts who do not reply: deleted within 12 months.
• If you ask me not to contact you, I keep your email address on a do-not-contact list, only so that I never contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Reply "no" or "remove" to any of my emails and I will stop immediately. You also have the right to complain to the Serbian data protection authority, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
