Is this you?
Most of our patients arrive having been told it’s “normal”.
My periods decide my calendar every month.
Heavy or painful periods, fibroidsI’m 46, I don’t sleep, and nobody connects the dots.
Perimenopause & menopause careI’ve had the same symptoms for years and no real answer.
PCOS, endometriosis, pelvic painI just want a doctor I don’t have to rush.

Your first visit
What happens, start to finish.
-
1
Book in two minutes
Pick a time online, any hour. You get a short intake form by text — about five minutes, from your phone.
-
2
Forty-five minutes together
We start with a conversation, not a gown. An exam only if it’s needed, and only once you know why.
-
3
You leave with a plan
Written down, in plain English, in your patient portal the same day — including what happens next and when.
Bring: photo ID, insurance card, a list of medications, and the dates of your last two periods if you know them.

Concept — nothing was booked
You’d be all set.
On a real site this is the moment your scheduler confirms the slot, sends the intake form and a reminder text — while your front desk is asleep.

Questions
Before you ask
Do I need a referral?
No. Most plans let you book a gynecologist directly. If yours needs one, we’ll tell you when you book.
Can I come in during my period?
Yes, for almost every visit. If you’re due for a Pap test we may suggest a different day, and we’ll say so in your reminder.
Do you see patients for pregnancy?
We care for you before pregnancy and after it. For prenatal care and delivery we refer to colleagues at Tampa hospitals we trust.
Is hormone therapy safe for me?
For many women it is, and for some it isn’t. That’s exactly what the menopause consult is for — your history, your risks, your choice.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move your visit online up to 24 hours before, no charge. Life happens; just let us know.
